Lynn was very punctual and informative obviously knew what she was talking about and has given me very good advice and in the past when I needed extra guidance she came back immediately and helped me. Next time I have a structural problem I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Lynn is a very knowledgeable person, and warm and personable too. She didn't just do the Structural Report we required for the BSR Building Safety Case, he really took the time to talk me through what she was assessing, how the structure was designed, and to ensure I understood. She even helped us reach out to Building Control to obtain missing records from our O&M manuals, and then went with me to review 17 archived boxes of these!
