This order was my third from MTailor. It was bound to happen at some point, I needed a remake. My new black jeans were too small after washing. It took one email explaining the situation and the customer service was five stars. I sent a picture, they responded with some size adjustments, and the remake was on. The jeans arrived two weeks ago, and the fit is great and after washing, there were no issues. I love the convenience, styles, and fits.

Customer service was amazing. Jeans were initially a little snug. I spoke to Sheena and the matter was resolved no questions asked. Pants were re made fit great

I needed my jeans remade and they took care of me and were great at following up to ensure I was happy. Never had a retailer do that! Very happy with MTailor!

Just got my blue jeans. I was really skeptical about this. The pants fit as good as or better than any blue jeans I’ve ever had. If they hold up. I’ll get some more

My first order was professionally made but I felt the hip area was a little tighter than I preferred. I did not request a remake because the jeans are very good and I will get a lot of use from them.
I indicated to MTailor that I would prefer the hip measurement be slightly larger. They said they would increase the measurement in my profile by One inch.
I agreed with their suggestion. After the change in my profile, I order a second pair of jeans. They are a perfect fit. It is great to have jeans that fit so well. I have now ordered a pair of dress pants.

Simply an amazing fit. I could never buy a pair of jeans that fit properly. I regularly workout and I’d have to choose a Jean that fit my legs or waist not both.

These jeans fit perfectly. Right after I tried them on I ordered another pair. It is worth the little extra money they cost not to have several pair of jeans in your closet that don’t fit properly. Thank you again. Tom p

I am a guy with a really big neck which unfortunately means every other measurement of a shirt gets completely thrown off. Arm length and shoulders are always wrong and you could make a hammock out of the extra fabric in the body. For me finding a shirt that "fits" is impossible. MTailor made a shirt and the neck was still a little tight. I texted with the customer service reps added a little more length to the neck and also to the "tuckable" length. I just got my new shirt and it's perfect. Trust the process and you will love how your shirt fits. It makes you look thinner and more put together. It would be worth every penny if the shirts were really expensive but they aren't that different from what a quality shirt would cost you.

Experience was great , because it's so simple.

I ordered sportcoat pants and shirt on September 11 and received perfectly fitting clothes on September 28.
The quality is great shipping is free and I am deliriously happy with MTailor

I've had 2 great experiences with MTailor. My first purchase was a pair of jeans. I am very happy with the fit, look and quality of these jeans. They are most comfortable pair of jeans I've ever had. I next ordered a new suit. When it arrived I was very happy with the look and quality of the suit, but both the jacket and pants were a little tight. I requested a redo via their app and about 2 weeks later a replacement suit arrived which fits perfectly. MTailor has been very quick to respond to any emails I've sent and they have followed up diligently to make sure I am happy with my purchases. MTailor is now my go-to company for clothing!

Second item purchased from them. The first order was a perfect fit, well made, with excellent quality material used. The second item was not a proper fit, but they re-made them at no cost to me, and this time the fit was perfect again. Note that when changing to a different pant style, the fit might change.

I downloaded the app end of 2023 and tried it out. First impressions were really good: The app is easy to use, and it is easy to submit an order for suits, trousers, jeans or shirts.
By now I ordered 6 jeans and all of them but one were made from high quality fabric, the fit is incredibly good, and the look is awesome.
The one jeans I had some small issues with was remade. The team is very responsive, they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and the rather go the extra mile to make you happy than argue with you or try to push a cheap fix onto you.
I will certainly stop shopping pants, trousers, jeans, suits and shirts from any other vendor. My go-to shop is MTailor. Keep it up, guys. Great product, great service.

Made a purchase of a polo over a month ago and was just received. After trying it on, I was disappointed with this shirt. The issues were numerous with the fit, and since it took about a month to arrive, i didn’t want to wait another month for a remake, so I decided to return it. Website says to email them and they will send a return label. I sent the email earlier this week with no response at all. They are ghosting me. Buyer beware!!

9/07/2024 update: Have sent just an email to both addresses separately per their response to this review, although I really don’t understand why it’s needed since I already sent it to both addresses the last time. Now it’s a wait and see if they send the return label. I will update this if I get this label.
9/8/2024 update. Just received an email with return label. In this email, they have stated that it was previously sent on the 5th, but I cannot find anything (looked in my spam, archive and deleted file). In any case it’s all good at this point. Will be sending this out tomorrow. Next update will be when my refund is received.
9/9/2024 - return picked up and in transit
9/11/2023 - was just emailed that they have processed the refund and should appear on my statement within 5-10 business days. Am pleased by their action because the return delivery is expected to be this coming Saturday, September 14, am increasing their rating to 3 stars from 1 star. It would have been higher if they simply did as their website stated from the start.
9/14/2024 - refund received

I ordered a pair of slacks from MTailor. i was a bit skeptical since all the "measuring" was done using AI on my iPhone. The first pair of pants fit too tightly. When the updated, 2nd pair arrived it was a perfect fit. So the entire process was seamless (no pun intended) and I do recommend MTailor if you want a "tailor-fit" for your clothing item.

The quality materials they use and the free remakes until it fits right no hassle remakes.

Constant delays. Not sure if I will ever receive my order. Considering filing a consumer complaint and voiding the credit card transaction. Terrible (non-existent) customer communication.
