i bough a 100$ gift card for my brother ,they hold the money and refused to send the order

i reached to the support they asked for my personal photos next to a my national id card

i refused to share my info with them they said they refund within 14 days

been a 16 days and they still refusing to refund me

At first I thought it could be scam. But it isn't. This website actually works. I bought Mobile Legends diamonds from this website 3 times. And the service was so good. I got diamonds within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this website to everybody.

Scammers, they will take the money and send you a code that’s not working and when you start complaining they won’t even reply or answer the messages.

Scam , they send 0 code. They want your information instead

Do not purchase anything from them they are a scam. They do not deliver only try to collect. They also contact you by whatsapp and ask for other information. Beware !!!

It was a very bad experience. I did not receive the codes that I purchased and they blocked my account without getting my money back, and I communicated with them several times through WhatsApp without any result. I do not recommend dealing with them

scammers , i bought from them argentina gift code and didn't recive anything i contacted them several times for 3 days and they keep saying there is no payment even tho i provided them with bank transaction.

Some times transaction go through, and some times it dont. Just pray that it does go through, because the dont do refund. They will delay the refund process as long as they can. If contacted support many times where im answer by multiple people. They ask my email then ghost you no email no reply (sometimes they ask transaction id, but it doesn't matter they ghost you anyway)This will happen every time you contact support (new support another ghost and you have to give you info everytime, just to get ghosted). Its been going on for 20 days and i decided to just give up. Did 3 top up i in one day only one went through.

I purchased today a game for xbox.
After my payment and money taken from my bank account, i did not receive anything.
So I contact the live chat from MTCgames.
I explained to the person what the problem. he asked me to send screenshot of purchase. and then my order was cancelled. Very strange!!
So I placed a new order, but again same problem.
For the second time i talked to a person on live chat.
again they asked me to send screenshots. Now it is the second time my order is cancelled and i don't know why.
I asked several times to help me, but nobody do.
I am sick of stress and very angry.
I am working in a big game store in belgium and i never give such a bad service to one of my customers. I can't understand that such is possible!
So again, I payed for the game, so please solve this problem.

Update- I contacted thier support via whatsapp in the reply they told me they will refund money within 10 days. It's been 15 days But still the they did not provide me product or refund the money. And no one answering my call/Replying texts!

Big Scam! Beware of these scammer. When you use 10-50$ they will deliver your product. I made a 260$ transaction. They blocked my account and did not refunding my MONEY. I am taking legal steps against those frauds. And mailing a report on Stripe and G2A for dispute

They are very helpful even though a little stress sometimes you have to be patience. I suggest everyone if you're a gamer to purchase item from this site

i Purchased this morning a gift card for Xbox Brazil, for my cousin's birthday, he live in Brazil.
After my payment with apple pay and money taken from bank account, i did not receive anything.
Contacting Customer care, absolutely useless people and useless service.
They ask you to send picture of yourself with your ID card, Bank card, and a fake declaration that you have received the goods.
i've said tha i was not going to send any of these documents and they have refused to give me refund.
Spent 30 EUR and got nothing.
This is a Fraud!!!!!

They pretend they have customer service! They don’t ! They took my money and never provided with the game, they stole from me and I’m still waiting for the refund after two months, i now need to go through my bank to get my money and still don’t know if I’ll get it back. The good reviews are FAKE
