Very slow customer service
Very slow customer service. Had applied for Finance and they had asked fr every single detail but didn't respond until I had to ask. They advised they'll get back to me in 30 min but no response. Had asked to cancel application cz other finance company approved my application within couple of hours. Unsure if Mtf has staff shortage as they were not like this before.
