update 25/8/2024: the code appeared via email but upon redeeming, the codes have been used up AGAIN. poor and fail.
update 26/8/2024: i emailed the team and theyve been giving active responses therefore, the money goes back into my wallet and theyve created a note on the packs for buyers to understand to purchasing. Kudos to the team

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. We understand your frustration, but we'd like to clarify the situation regarding the BLB code.
As mentioned in our previous emails, the BLB code has a strict limit of one per account. Once you have redeemed this code, any additional purchases of the same item, even with a different code, will not work. We can confirm that you successfully redeemed the BLB code two orders ago. Unfortunately, subsequent attempts to redeem more codes have not been successful due to the account limit, not because of any issue on our end.
We kindly ask that you refer to the code usage guidelines, which clearly state that only one BLB code can be applied to each account. None of the codes we provided have been used elsewhere; they simply cannot be redeemed because of the one-per-account restriction.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope this clears up any confusion.
