Impressive customer service and products!
I had to replace the brakes lines of my 2002 bmw r 1100 s and I was looking for the same set up as the originals in very modern materials.
Weird enough , as in Italy we have high quality companies making this item... None of them took me seriously as i have risers thus not stock lines but little longer than original.
Nothing to do... They offered me totally different set ups... Different colors... Different coatings, although in the catalog online they show to make custom made lines.
I've found mtp-racing.de.. and ordered online but I had somme issue with configurator online and first order was confusing so I cancelled it before it was done and they refunded me.

In order to fulfill my needs, they asked me all details but, as I couldn't be very precise, they sent me a return label so I sent them my old lines at no cost for me....
After 11 days I've received my new lines... Exactly with the fittings and tubes in the materials and colour of my choice with a sheet of crystal clear instructions for installation.
Overall they stayed in touch with me to make sure about the correctness all of details.

Was very skeptical as I had already ordered before checking trustpilot with the overwhelming about of bad reviews..
But it’s undeserved, ordered a pair of mirrors for my Z900, fast delivery. And when I was not satisfied with the product installation, I sent it back (free of charge) and refunded it without any issues at all.

Ordered levers for my KTM 1390 SDR. Levers arrived quickly. Unfortunately the clutch lever didn't fit as KTM had changed the fitment, the brake lever was good to go and up to their usual high standard.
I got on to customer service, I was offered a refund but elected to wait for them to come up with a new design and long story short, it took a few months for them to get a new set for the clutch side. They forwarded the correct part.
I am very happy with the set-up, looks brilliant and works well. Great service all round. Recommended. Refers to Raximo levers.

Ordered parts gave my credit card info, account was not debited, contacted them to find out what was the delay, 3 email's sent over a 2 week period not answered.
Don not use this company, you have been warned.

These guys do not respond to emails after sending you the wrong product, how lame is that. Avoid !

Thought I was buying from a UK company as their website says .Co.uk it seems that is not the case its just a con to think you are using a uk Company. Now it seems my items are in customs. Last time this happened who pulls this scam the delivery company tried to rip me off for a load of money. I refused delivery took weeks to get my money back. Just hope this is not history repeating its self

Ordered lever guards in wrong colour, 5mins after talking to customer service Lars, had the right colour in the way already.
Very satisfied, delivery is also super fast.

I run a group of amateur racing teams and will never use this poor excuse for a company again.
Absolutely awful to deal with. It was an ordeal that I will never repeat. You order something and don't hear anything from them. I sent them email after email asking what was happening. After threatening them with reporting them as a fraudulent company I then get a tracking number. I eventually got my part but had to pay VAT on it that I was not made aware about. I'm thinking about getting some t-shirts made up with this review printed on the back for a few of the guys to wear at my next race meet.

Shame i have to even give them a star!!
Ordered from their website, as it said they confirmed the product fitted my bike. When they eventually arrived, clearly a generic item sent with little knowledge of if it would fit or not. I sent an email stating they were wrong, to receive a reply telling me i was wrong and they do fit. I then sent photo’s as proof of what i had in front of me, to be blanked completely from that point. Another follow up email sent with all my contact details on and the original order number…. NOTHING.
This is clearly a company run by juveniles with little to no product knowledge.
My advice is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
May look pretty on the website, however useless when in possession.
Dont say you were not warned!

Ordered some brake levers 2 weeks ago(although they promise dispatch within 2 days) at a cost of £108. Got the auto reply email with regards to the order, then nothing! I have asked twice, via email about the order and no reply at all. I will pursue this with my credit card company now.
Out of principle I want to just cancel the order, or send them back but I feel either of these options I will not get my money refunded.

AVOID....!!!

I put all the correct details in for replacement front hoses for my Motrocycle, and given that I have had the bike a long time I know only too well that it has ABS. They made up and sent non-ABS type and then blame me.

Worse still no refund! No wonder they are cheap! They are useless at sending correct parts as others seem to testify and no refund as well!

Thanks for nothing - I love wasting €90 on parts that are no good....COWBOYS..

Any UK people thinking of buying even the chinese rubbish would be better...
