Single day my full account was blow down around 40k. Guys be aware of these scammed.

I usually trade using MetaTrader 4 and find its charting tools sufficient to do my daily chart analysis.
But I found out that MTrading developed a special plugin , MT4 Supreme. It has all of the goodies from MT4 but with some additional features.
It can't be better! Just awesome!

Case solved. Mtrading have already refund my fund to my ewallet. The problem mpro live account have been deactivated. Now i can open new live account and start trade back. Thank you team Mtrading for fast respond.

I have deposit $1000. Transfer to open MPro account. While trade. My mt4 go blank. And log out suddenly while im closing my trade with profit. Till now cant log in. Cant transfer the money to my wallet. It says "your account not enabled". Customer service only ask me to change password of the mt4 mpro account. even change it cant be done. the button cant be click even try change through web,mt4. Now customer service email silent. customer service chat always busy not respond. I might lost my $1000.

My name is Kavassery Balakrishnan Manoharan holding Mtrading account . I have been Trading for the last couple of months. I made Transfer of USD 3000 to be added to my account but only half of the amount was credited to my account as Equity and the rest half was added in the form of Credit/Bonus. I checked with My Accounts Manager and he told me that half of the Funds are added in the form of Credit or Bonus in order to Save taxes.

I suffered a huge loss in trading , which I have done with the advice of Mtrading India executives like , only because of their incompetant approach and less connectivity with the account manager and team during critical hours.
I lost about 1500 USD with in no time since I started trading through Mtrading. Furthermore they credited only 1500 USD and the other 50% is still untraceable.

I have contacted Mtrading by email asking for the remaining USD1500 .
Its quiet unfortunate that even after so many reminders no reply from a company like Mtrading Indai . I request the Mtrading global executives to look into the matter and advice them to credit my balance amount of USD1500 immediately. I prefer to avoid further escalation and clear the confusion by crediting the money back to my account .

Thank you MTrading Global support for arranging 50 % refund after 5 months of follow ups on a misappropration done in my account by the Mtrading-India management and staff. MTrading Global team took it very seriously and faciltiated the 50% refund by following up with the Indian management and making them accountable for the incident. Thank you.

We wish to thank Mtrading Global team for the intervention and Trust pilot platform for the support in getting the 50% refund of the misappropriated funds.

It may happen with any firm with some staff going against the company regulations. However important is that Mtrading support global team took it seriously and assisted in the refund.

I deposited 50.85 USD into my wallet since 2021-08-03 at exact 15:36:54 left it in there since then but today when I went to check it so I can start trading this year I realized my 50.85USD is gone and the withdrawal was done from CorrectionsAdd to CorrectionsAdd
Please and please I need my money back

Though the spread is very tight. Live chat is absent. . I emailed the customer support several times for the last two weeks, no response. $30 welcome bonus hasn't been added.
It will be good if you can restore live support service to attend to customers complaint immediately.
Let me register my complain here maybe it will be attended to better than email:
1) For Nigeria internet banking (Transaction method), the deposit and withdrawal rate difference is too wide, I will advise you to bridge the wide gap or select another payment agency. For instance,d deposit rate is over #721/$ while the withdrawal rate is about #500/$
2) I will advise you enable live chat on your platform to attend to customers complaint immediately
3) I haven't been credited the welcome bonus for weeks have been trading with your broker
