Fantastic Company with Great Communication Skills
Following a very high water bill we discovered we had a leak on our property, so contacted Matt via email late at night, not expecting a reply until the next day. Tom came out the next day, after we discussed the various options and costs which my son, who is also a plumber, thought were extremely reasonable, we agreed a start date. Tom and a team member arrived on time but then after the first hole was dug, they found the leak was on the meter, so down to Affinity to repair. We were given the option to stop and Tom would charge us for works day or to continue and replace the old copper pipes with the new piping that met the latest standards. They could have just carried on and we wouldn't have known any different, anyway we agreed to go ahead. I must say they made an excellent job of the piping, solved all the obstacles they had in fitting the piping and left everything clean and tidy. I am really impressed with their cementing work, it's better than we have on our drive. Due to Affinity not being able to come straightaway, Tom arranged for Matt to come back a few days later, once Affinity had been, which they did. They have completed all work to a very high standard, at a great price. I would just add that Tom told us to tell Affinity what the actual problem was but when the first Affinity agent called, he didn't agree, so the lads who came out done what was on their worksheet, but now have to come back because to do replace the parts that Tom had said were leaking, so a big WELL DONE Tom. We met several members of the team, they were all very clean, smart, professional, worked to social distancing standards at all time and very helpful. We will definitely be using them again if the need arises
