Love how easy it is to run my server, but have one issue: it's extremely confusing when setting which server jar I want to use. I recommend adding a field for custom jar files

So far
So far, this service has been amazing. I was able to get use set up with a modded Minecraft server in no time at all, and even patching the modpack was as easy selecting and committing the patch. The QoL plug n play console was easy to navigate. The services take care of the rest and you're back up and running in under 10mins. Very low lag occurrences. My small team and I are thoroughly enjoying it. Thank you mTx.

When the question was what kind of hosting to buy to play with friends, I saw an advertisement for this project, and decided to take the server here. Everything works fine, adequate price, convenient server management and full access to its files, and also very pleased with the opportunity to experience hosting before buying! Recommend !

Some things are unclear
Some things are unclear like when I was trying to save my world, and also I would of liked the service to ask me the modpack I want before it loads up the server so I don't have to wait for the server to load up vanilla.

We're working hardly on the new WebFTP to provide you simple ways to download/upload datas, that should greatly improve your experience :)
You can install the modpack from panel but indeed we'll add the version/modpack choice on order to simplify experience (even if it's a little detail).

Game Changer
After seeing this server and trying its 1 day trial i knew i had to switch from ggservers this is way more mod friendly. Its cheeper as well for a 6gb server cant wait for all the fun i can have with my new server.

Maintenance with downtime are really rare but are necessary to achieve a powerful and reliable quality service like we do.
I can't see any support ticket about the "bug" you're talking about, please open a support ticket if you're having problem with your gameserver.
