I just had the easiest product exchange I’ve ever experienced. I ordered the wrong size (my mistake), emailed Muay Thai Addict, and within 20 minutes they sent me the return address and a simple plan: send the shorts back with tags, give them the tracking number, and they’d issue me a 100% off code to reorder immediately. No delays, no hoops — just fast and straightforward.

This was such a relief because I recently bought from another big-name brand (Yokkao), and their return process was the complete opposite: 8–10 emails back and forth, repeated photo requests (even duplicates of ones I’d already sent), and constant deflection before I could even get instructions. With Muay Thai Addict, it was one email and done.

The shorts themselves are gorgeous — great style, color, and quality. I can tell these shorts will last me years! But honestly, what really sold me was how easy they made it to fix a sizing mistake. It showed me they actually value their customers. I WANT to give them my money. They have a good product, good people, and a good process. You can't beat that.

If you’re debating between brands: the gear is top-notch, and the customer service at Muay Thai Addict blows the competition out of the water. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next order.

As a longtime customer for them, this one hurt. I have ordered from them many times over the years. Mainly because there aren't a lot of options that fit well in the US.

So, I ordered a pair of shorts. I waited a few weeks and I didn't have an update. I contacted them to check on the status and here is their response, "Hi, the order was just cancelled and refund is processing." They said they couldn't ship to the address. They have shipped there before. They didn't ask me if I wanted them shipped somewhere else or ask to see if there was another solution. They just abruptly canceled the order.

When I explained to them the situation, they just offered a discount. It was obvious they didn't really care about finding a solution that would have been fair for the customer. Muay Thai Addict is Amateur Hour. They are relying on the fact that they have been around for a while. They have gotten careless with their designs and customer service over the last couple of years.

Unfortunately for them, they lost several repeat customers. Thankfully, there are many better options now.
