Hidden charges

The items take way longer to arrive than stated - the maximum says 15 business days but I am waiting more than 1 month. Then I am hit with the moms and import tax from PostNord because the webshop does not bother to pay this for their customers like they should as importers. The notice that you should pay for these charges yourself is hidden away on the website, when it should be plainly stated on the product page and during checkout, which it is not. Very sneaky and dishonest way to serve your customers.
