I order a muc off Mobile Pressure…
I order a muc off Mobile Pressure Washer on 28/04, is already 3 weeks waiting for my package, they don't solve nothing and for them to refund me my money back I have to wait for a package that will not be delivered anytime soon, then I have to refuse and wait till the package travel from the Netherlands back to UK! This is going to be my last time order or buy anything from muc off. Horrible costumer support and experience

Trouble ordering and receiving product
First time customer and wanted tom try product. Website would not let me purchase 1 bottle of the brake cleaning product so to try I had to purchase 2 bottles. Same with other products. Wanted to try so I got the 2 bottles of brake cleaner but did not order the other products. Was suppose to receive product on 5/14/26 and still have not received product yet? The tracking is horrible. Will update after receive product.

The website was easy to use, very simple layout and easy to navigate, great for an old bloke!
The website was easy to use, and offered a really good discount when I was on there. I wanted the pressure washer as my normal one is too powerful for motorbikes, I think I may have caused a bit of damage to my previous bike! Anyhow, the jet wash came a few days later, it's fantastic. It all fits in a compact dry bag and I've washed my new bike twice since and it makes life so much easier and I am less stressed about damage. It's a really good product that works exactly as described. Just really happy with it and the whole experience.
