Am yet to look at the spores under a microscope. But am so incredibly happy with the service. Made my day with the sweet note inside and love the stickers and pin. Could not reccomend them anymore than I do. Richard and the team are so nice. Am so happy to be a part of the mucci family 😁

I’ve used a few different suppliers before, but honestly, the experience with this company has been miles better.

After trying three others, I can safely say I won’t be going anywhere else now. Richard clearly really cares about what he does and actually believes in proper customer service, which makes a huge difference.

Everything was handled in a professional but really friendly and courteous way. Communication was easy, quick, and straightforward, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

It’s just refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely values their customers and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be sticking with them from now on and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Ordered some spores and we're sent next day. Royal mail took it upon themselves to lose the parcel and upon emailing, Richard replied and hand delivered my order...service you don't get with big companies. Thanks again Richard 👍

Excellent service! Genuine, nice guy to deal with and great communication/fast replies to any questions/queries I had. Delivery was pretty quick despite horrible and snowy/freezing conditions. I haven't looked at myycology products yet but I'm confident they'll look great under my microscope!

Not gonna lie, felt a bit unsure at first because this is a very niche market and buying from a global seller can be quite a gamble. There were also issues with Royal Mail when my order was sent out, which added to my insecurity. Alas, the communication was very good. The delays were communicated well and Richard seems like a really genuine guy who’s actually interested in this stuff reaching people. Parcel arrived quite late (ofc also due to RM), which I am fine with (was about 2 weeks), I‘m patient like that. But yes short story long this is a seller you can trust to buy from.
