I’m impressed.
After about 10 days of taking this stuff I started to feel great and felt more switched on than I have in a long while (I’ve got young kids that don’t like sleep much). Took another look at the packet, saw there’s caffeine in there. Ah, that’s why I seem more alert. So I stopped taking it and went back to bullet proof coffee. Long story short, I’m back on the Mud Dust. It’s this that gave me the mental clarity. The coffee and other supplements I’m trying weren’t touching the sides but this one I feel notably better for taking it. I’m impressed. And since I’m on my soapbox, if I may respond to the comment below about the “science” of medicinal fungi, as it’s a tired rhetoric. I don’t know what you have or haven’t been reading but the scientific evidence behind nootropic mushrooms is pretty persuasive. You’re looking at hundreds of years of successful herbal medicine use now combined with the backing of modern science. Might be worth you exploring it further?
