Non-existent customer service
Ordered item to use for mini solar fountain, however water dripped out through a tiny defective hole.
Informed seller straightaway and still no response. Not going to order anything again from this seller - other sellers provide fair and fast after-sale service but this seller does not seem to care once they got your money!

Never received ANYTHING!
I made 2 different orders and thankfully paid via paypal!
I have received NOTHING!
Not even an email saying the goods were dispatched.
No tracking details.
No item.
Their email address bounces, so none of my communication efforts have been successful as the emails just get returned.
I was going to buy off them thru amazon, but went directly to their website as i thought it would be better to give a company all the profit rather than use Amazon- but BIG MISTAKE!

Muddy hands Home and Garden - the worst company I have ever dealt with - I gave them evidence of non delivery months ago and still no refund.
Unless you want to spend your life dealing with their non-delivery issues, do not go there.
