I was happy with the dress and was okay with the postage charge. However I was not expecting the custom import charge and would have expected this to be flagged at the time of purchase. This would have a bearing on whether I would make further purchases.

Delivery was good
Delivery was good. Unfortunately had to return items trousers too big and top too small. I have bought one of their tops before and it was a lovely fit and good quality. The returns procedure and my refund was very easy and refund prompt. Would order from them again.

Easy to order online and delivery was quick. Excellent service. Jacket was very nice and fitted true to size. Hood is a little on the large size and faux fur good quality but is too heavy for the hood, as fabric not very thick. Can use the fur trim as a scarf!
