I ordered wooden etuis for specific coins.

UPS delivered within less than 72 hours since ordering, from Vienna to my small village not far away from Prague.

The etuis, at a reasonable price of 15,- EUR each, are of high-quality regarding material & finish, and the coins fit perfectly inside them.

They bring the coins to their best appearance and enhance a lot the collector's pleasure.

After reading some reviews I noticed The Austrian mint seemed to do their job but it may at times take a little longer and be hard to contact them.
I decided to try it and ordered the 100 Euro gold coin Gold of the Pharaohs from the Magic of Gold series. I myself made a little mistake in the website but it was resolved within minutes and within an hour they had contacted me via email to ensure me all was well with my order.
Only 6 business days later the coin arrived at my door packaged neatly and discreetly and well within their designated time window. Credit where credit is due it was an absolutely smooth and good experience ordering from the Austrian Mint. I really like the coin and definitely hope to do business again. Have a nice day there:)

I ordered two months ago, ups stole two packages. Mint does not return the money. Lack of professionalism. I have already written so many messages and I have neither money nor gold. I will not recommend you to anyone. I have ordered from Germany and always without a problem. I am angry and disappointed. Just thieves.

Very fast shipping and very well packed. I ordered to Poland, for a larger amount, I was a little afraid looking at the opinion here, but basically like every mint. You usually have to wait everywhere. I will definitely continue and reccomend!

From start to finish I cannot fault this company. The website is very easy to navigate. I am based in the United Kingdom and placing my order online and paying by debit card was no different to buying from any other online store.

I was kept updated throughout and in total it took 13 days from placing my order to receiving it, due to customs procedures etc.

I was very impressed with how the coins were packaged, each one in its own plastic flip. The coins look like they were minted yesterday and are in pristine condition.

I look forward to placing my next order and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I used this company three times to buy gold bullion.
I never had an issue with them.
In one of the orders, I bought an 1 oz gold coin but delivery was a little late due to covid. For this reason I contacted the sales team and Munze Osterreich was about to send me a replacement item with absolutely no cost! Luckily I received the original 1 oz gold coin that I paid for before they actually send the second gold coin. The whole point here is that they were fast and ready to ensure that the problem would be solved and the customer would be happy.
