Einmal und nie wieder!

Der Onlineshop ist zwar praktisch, jedoch gibt es keinen Kundenservice!
Man bekommt zwar in Windeseile ein Mail, das man bezahlen muss... ansonsten Schadensersatz...aber wenn man den Kundenservice braucht und kontaktiert, ist keiner erreichbar. Am Telefon hebt niemand ab und auf Mails bekommt man keine Antwort. In Zeiten wie diesen nicht gerade seriös....

Sehr chaotischer Online-Shop

Sehr chaotischer Online-Shop. Eine bezahlte Bestellung ist nicht sichtbar (angeblich Gastbestellung), zusätzlich wird eine unklare zweite Bestellung verlangt. Statt einer Lösung wird mit Schadensersatz gedroht. Das schlechteste Online-Erlebnis, das ich je hatte. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort nie wieder bestellen. Ich kann nur davon abraten.
