Good products, poor delivery
Delivery is expected to be done within 2 days and it took a week which prevents me from using my bags during my vacation.

Customer support is great! I did a mistake and they were fast and helpfull. Regarding the backpacks, no need commenting, they are great, timeless and durable - I still wear my first one I bought 10 years ago. It even survived 3 kids! :)
