These used to be brilliant. I have a mug that is two years old. Its fab. Bought a new one and whatever they used to use has been changed to a cheap transfer. Few washes and it comes off. If only they hadnt changed the way they make them. Obviously cost cutting but terrible now.
Mug never arrived.
I've emailed 4 times with no response, i've also tried messaging through social media but nothing.
