First and last experience with this company was a joke! Never again

Terrible and offputting experience! I ordered before valentines day, thankfully for myself because this company is a disaster! Max timeframe for processing listed on their site is 4 days so when it had been double that and I still had no update I finally reached out to customer service and surprise, SUPRISE! They cancelled my order without telling me and even the website doesnt show that! So youre supposed to read minds and just know your order is cancelled when that isnt indicated ANYWHERE! No email, nothing on my order page, literally nothing!! And they sent an email two days after my order that it was last chance to purchase to receive in time for valentines day, imagine if this had been a gift! Just appalled at this company, first and last time ever trying to order with them, never again!!!

Absolutely the WORST experience ever…

Absolutely the WORST experience ever and I will put word out.
I ordered from Mugler and they shipped my order to the wrong address. I called them to which they told me to call UPS myself. Upon doing this, UPS assured me that they cannot deliver my package to my address as Mugler has a block on reverting orders. I fully understand that. The order was sent back and when I called Mugler for the fifth time, they told me they can’t send the package to me because it’s now a different price than when I purchased it. I am disgusted as this issue was their fault and they should have corrected it. I advise everyone never to order from them. I was a customer since 2019. I even got other people to order from them. I hope this never happens again.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent…

I am beyond frustrated with my recent purchase of the Angel Mugler Eau de Parfum from Sephora. I had received a sample of this fragrance with a previous order, and it smelled absolutely incredible. It was exactly what I expected from a luxury brand like Mugler.

However, when I ordered the full-size bottle online, the scent was completely different. It was stale, flat, and lacked the depth and richness of the sample. It honestly felt like I had been sold an entirely different product.

This is a major disappointment, especially considering the high price I paid for it. I feel like I’ve been misled into buying something that doesn’t match the quality I was promised. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on something that turns out to be nothing like what was advertised.

I will not be shopping at Sephora again after this experience and will be sharing my story to warn others. Buyer beware!

Promotions NOT Honored, Trust Broken

I recently made an online purchase of an Angel Eau de Parfum (100 ml), which was supposed to include a free body lotion, a candle, and a tote bag. When the shipment arrived, the perfume and the lotion were missing. Instead, the large box was filled with paper and the small items but the two main ones were nowhere to be found.

I contacted customer care, and they assured me they would send a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, the lotion was still missing, and they sent a mini candle instead. I called customer care again, only to be told that the promotion had ended and the lotion was out of stock. I offered to wait for it, but they said there was nothing they could do.

What frustrates me most is that if they had fulfilled my original order correctly, I would have the lotion now. It makes me wonder if they even had the perfume and lotion in stock at the time of my purchase.

As a regular customer who moved to the U.S. from Europe last year, I’m extremely disappointed. I don’t want to hear more apologies—I know they could have handled this better. I need the perfume for a Christmas gift, so I’ll keep it, but I have no desire to purchase their products again. They lost a loyal customer over a bottle of body lotion. This was a failure to honor their promotion, plain and simple.

Empty shipping box from Mugler

I have been wearing Angel perfume since 2009. I always order from their site. This time I ordered and received an empty box! The only thing inside was the samples. A small empty box. Very frustrated with their service lately.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am SO DISAPPOINTED with the way they try to spin their discount offers! Since the CEO/ Owner passed away things started going bad from customer service to discounts for members .i.e members always used to get free shipping, now it's only after spending $100. When they offer $25 off your purchase, you cannot apply it along with the 15% discount as a member, it's either or, so the 15% turned out to be much better and you can never enjoy/take advantage of the sales they have. They need to get it together...

Good quality and good customer service…

Good quality and good customer service but poor processing and shipping practices. Their website half way works. It allowed me to add 5 free candles and cologne wipes to my order. I’m all about free, but called the company explaining what happen and was told don’t complain about free stuff! So when my 5 promotional items aren’t in my package ima be pretty pissed just saying. Also they tried charging me twice for everything luckily my bank locked them down. Let’s see if the packages ever arrive since I got 2 day air. And have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order to ship well they just shipped today. So we shall see….. seems like their website is broken, and their customer care is clueless. I shall updated my review soon

Mistake after mistake

Mistake after mistake. Disrespectful phone representative and condescending emails. I was given a $10 off discount code after a few of their service failures. (Mind you, I have spent $600 on fragrances there over 6 weeks.) They told me it was to “appease” me! Appease me?! That was literally the word they used. In actuality, I had been inquiring about a 2 perfume bottle purchase I made. Immediately after I purchased the items, they went on sale for $60 less than I had paid. I wanted to see if I could get a credit or something because I was about to buy another bottle. With each purchase I make, it seems like the item immediately goes on sale, which happens so frequently that it no longer seems like a coincidence. I digress…

When I couldn’t apply the code, I called and I was told I couldn’t use it during a sale/promotion period. Why does that matter? It’s only $10.

Then, a couple of weeks later, I received a $10 off promo code for my birthday since I’m a Circle member. I couldn’t use that code either, because you cannot use your birthday code if they have a sale or promo ongoing. (They have offers all of the time, so when am I supposed to use it?) My birthday falls on the week of a holiday. My date of birth has been in my account for 7 years now. Why send me something I cannot use?

Plus, they say they’ll send you this in the month of your birthday if you’re a circle member. They don’t say it’s going to be your actual date of birth. Why not just send the code on a week when I can use it? Why is my $10 promo code an inconvenience?

This is the tip of the iceberg. There are so many other failures. And it’s not just about the $10 codes. I wish they would just provide the right service and products on a reliable, functioning website, and keep the $10.

I sent inquiries this week and last with no response. Mugler makes me feel like I am lucky to purchase from them, instead of a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars on their website, alone. I had planned to purchase much more for the holidays, but this has really soured me.
