I'm a new Muhimbi user, and ran across a technical issue. Yesh was able to help me via their chat support feature on the Muhimbi website and after utilizing a screen share session, the issue was corrected within 2 minutes. It was a user error but could have taken a long time to figure out with screenshots and emails. The screen share feature made everything very quick and painless, and I was able to talk to my support personnel to describe what I was experiencing. I value that interpersonal interaction and the speed and effectiveness of their help.

I am helping a client in Sweden with collaboration, document management and O365. One of the products we use is Muhimbi for .pdf conversion. It is a fantastic product and we use more and more of the features, like watermarking approved documents, merging documents, achiving as pdf/a. When i need support i get premium support instantly from their online helpdesk (who always seems to be online ;-))

Recently, we ran out of API quota after a year successfully using Muhimbi Enterprise service for one of our customers with a custom business software automation solution. They kindly offered us extra 5000 calls without charge. This helps us maintain the best service for our clients.

We are really happy to recommend Muhimbi services as it reduced development time and cost to convert email into PDF directly from Microsoft Flow.
