They are not honest about what they offer. They will try to get you to sign up for 3 visits promising it will take care of the problem. I was told that I would need three visits. The first 2 visits were to lay poison and track the mice. The final would be to plug the holes. I confirmed at the end of the first and second visit that the holes would be blocked on the third visit. I was told yes. During the second visit I asked why he needed to lay more poison instead of plugging the holes then. He said that if he blocked the holes then any mice in the house would be trapped and die in the house. During the final visit, he plugged a couple holes (even though he showed me several more during the first two visits) and said he was done. I asked if he got all the holes. He said he can't reach them all so it's not possible (not what he said during the other visits). The only reason I signed up for the 3 visits was because he told me he would block the holes. He lied. So disappointing. In addition, there was a several hour window for each of the 3 visits during which I had to wait for arrival. He arrived after the 3 hour window two of the three times. What a waste of 240 euros and four weeks! I now have to go to the hardware store to solve the problem myself.

I’m very satisfied about the way Muizendokter helped me get rid of the mice in our home. The moment we called Muizendokter they told me that I could make an appointment for the same day. Because that was to soon for me, I made an appointment fort the next day. The man came around 3pm and inspected our home if there were any mice. And they were there indeed. Because I wanted to get them gone as soon as possible I told the disinguisher that he could start exterminating immediately, There were 3 appointments necessery to exterminate the mice. In total we are very satisfied with Muizendokter service. Thanks a lot.
