My shoes took over 2 weeks to get when I got them. They were the wrong size. Then I had to return them and it cost just as much to return. As I paid then I can barely get anybody to communicate
If you send shoes I paid for send the ones I paid for! The return was almost $100 extra when they were sent from California 🤬

Finally tall enough!
I received my shoes as scheduled. They really make me taller so I can finally reach all those things too high to reach. My only concern so far is that it's not that confortable to wear!

Service was stellar but there is some foot pain
The ordering and delivery was stellar. The shoes themselves do raise me up but I fear that they aren't great for my alignment as my feet tend to hurt after wearing them for an extended period of time. I'm well aware that this should probably be expected for a shoe that is raising up my sole, but they aren't very comfortable. I will try and get insoles to help and see how that pans out.

I couldn't be more happy about my shoes. I can't wait to order more in different colors. They are nice looking and very comfortable. There was a size issue with the first pair I was sent and the Mulat team(Kristina) was right there to help. They immediately responded to my issue and got me the right size shoes. Not only are the shoes amazing but the Mulat team is amazing.
