Very interesting website with a lot of lovely things to buy. we ordered a Hanging Hare Sculpture Monocle and were very excited to receive it. We checked the tracking every day for an update. Its quite unusual for items to take 11 days to arrive these days. I find most companies will pack and dispatch the day after order, collected by the courier and delivered within 3 days max so was a little disappointed at the wait. very well packaged and we are very happy with the quality of the hare and would order again but not expect quick delivery.

An ornament I’d been eyeing elsewhere was on Mulberry Moon for about half the price. I checked the reviews here and saw they were mostly good so went ahead and purchased. It’s been a full 2 weeks and no item. They sent me an email saying they dispatched the item on 4th May but the tracking said the courier was waiting for the parcel. Nothing changed so I contacted them on 11th May asking when I can expect my parcel. They did not respond at all (still haven’t) but lo and behold, tracking was updated later saying the parcel was received at a local shop. Not professional at all and I wish I hadn’t purchased here. All it takes is a quick note to say there will be a delay. I would have paid more money to have a better experience.

I’m Very happy with my item but I’m afraid it turned up a little bit damage so had to take twigs off that was damage

Great chandelier. Very theatrical! It has a long chain and most homes would need to have this shortened. I bought it for a bedroom but it was too dramatic and will put it in my dining room instead. The gold is very yellow gold and not restrained as in the illustration. Not yet installed so hope wiring is good and all bulbs work.
