Great product, and fast, polite and personal service!

Great service from my initial phone call through to delivery. I ordered mulch & top soil, both super products. The mulch has composted down in approx 6 months mixed with our soil & Apsley's. Very few weeds in the top soil, easily removed.

Excellent product. We had 2 bags delivered in March and as well as looking great when first put down, the soil has noticeably improved this year leading to better plants all season.

Ordering and delivery 3m ago was fine. Good reasonably fine and consistent texture, low odour, easy to spread. Looks good on beds. Plants have started looking healthier already. Scattered over the lawn, and from the significantly increased bird-life looking for food the worms and other bugs have increased in numbers. Will be getting another bag late winter.

Easy to order on the website with immediate confirmation. Driver contacted me when she was 5 - 10 minutes away. She was most helpful with the delivery. High quality mulch. I’m absolutely delighted with the order.

We were sceptical about this the Apsley Farm Mulch but thought we would give it a go.
We have now have had several bags which have been used for mulching veg and flowerbeds, and mixing in with our own compost for growing plants and filling tubs. I think it has also kept the slugs down around my dahlias.

Excellent product. No waste at all. Ordered both mulch and bark chips. Bags were full to the brim. Delivery was done on time and bags were carefully deposited where requested. Garden has definitely benefited from the tlc!

I have now used Apsley Farms twice for purchases of large quantities of digestate and top soil and have been delighted with the quality of their products, the helpfulness of their advice and the promptness of their deliveries on both occasions. I will certainly be using them again.

Haven't met anyone at our allotment who isn't delighted with Apsley Mulch. Great as an over winter mulch or added to the soil to grow fantastic crops. Totally peat free, but much better value than the smaller bags from garden centres.

I was over the moon with the garden mulch i ordered, communication was brilliant,the delivery was excellent the driver put the pallets exactly were i wanted them no fuss at all,pity other company's don't use this procedure,so much easier,and thankyou again for a great service.

Purchasd two large bags of Soil Improving Mulch in April having looked for a good on-line suplier of soil conditioners and improvers. Previous experience of buying bulk compost/manure on line have resulted in some disappointing mixes of wood shavings, plastics and mixed rubble!!!
Contacted Apsley directly by phone and found the whole ordring process easy and very helpful - best times to apply the mulch, coverage rate etc.
Delivered on time and immediately impressed with how easy the mulch is to move by wheelbarrow - not soaked and heavy, a light, uniform texture and easy to spread across established flower/veg beds.
The overall effect over the course of a very dry summer and Autumn has been excellent with regard to weed control, the earthworm population suggests that the mulch certainly helps with moisture retention with flowers and vegetables definitely staying healthier and productive for longer.
No hesitation in ordering again and recommending to others.
