Top marks for customer service and quality of product.
This was my 3rd consecutive year getting mulch from Apsley Farms (happy Christmas to me!) but I still managed to botch my online order on the Saturday. They called me first thing on the Monday to ask if I’d like 3 ‘smaller’ bags delivered at a local delivery rate or my original 2 large bags at the national delivery rate. It was cheaper, quicker and I got more mulch (and some money back!) with three ‘smaller’ bags. And it was all delivered on the Thursday. They even took away last year’s bags.
The mulch is great at keeping the weeds down and preserving moisture; even on my clay soil I didn’t get too many fissures over the summer’s dry spell.
Great product, great service. 100% recommended.

Seriously thrilled with my first delivery. Dispatch and delivery is fast, very helpful & informative staff. Bought to mulch a new bed and tree, but have now topped up raised beds and spread on other borders. I am excited for my plants for 2026. Thank you.

Ordering Mulch from Aspley’s was so easy. Good choice of quantities and even to those not used to knowing measures in litres there’s a lot of info on the site which helps. Delivery was easy with what 3 words so it could be put exactly where on the drive I wanted it. We were asleep when it came. Would recommend and will definitely use again. The product is lovely and has kept weeds back for us. Hopefully will have a bumper crop of flowers next year too!

Fantastic mulch. I've ordered multiple times for my garden. I've noticed significant improvement to the soil structure and plant growth thanks to improved nutrient levels over the last five years - and that is all down to applying Apsley mulch every year/other year.
