5 *! I contacted Mullan Lighting about two pendant lights I was hoping to buy. They were sold out online unfortunately but the team directed me to their marketplace where they happened to have the exact lights I was looking for! I was under time pressure to purchase them as the builders were leaving our house 3 days later. The usual shipping wouldn’t have got them to us on time but the staff were so incredibly kind and fast tracked my order. The lights themselves are absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with our purchase. Thank you so much again!

I bought a lamp shade as a replacement for a broken one. I had the gallery. The lamp shade was received quickly. No postage charge. Unfortunately for some reason there was a problem as there was no rim on the shade. When I told Mullan they quickly refunded my money and said I didn’t have to send the shade back or prove with a photo. Excellent customer service.

We ordered a light from Mullan for our bathroom and were so happy with it, it was stunning! When we started our bathroom renovation we were told it couldn’t be fit due to electrical regulations - I emailed Mullan and asked if they could add a pull cord and they were so helpful! I shipped it back to them and it returned to us within 2 weeks. The customer service was fantastic, and the end product looks so beautiful and classy. Would highly recommend!

Great local company, got pendant lights here and still look great

I ordered an outdoor light from Mullan Lighting. Communication was excellent and the light arrived within the estimated time. It is a really beautiful and sturdy light, much nicer than any others I had seen online. I subsequently ordered some light bulbs which arrived very quickly. Very happy. Thanks.
