It is working,slowly but surely, been using for 4 months, can see the difference.

At the moment I am using twice a day and have noticed gums are not looking so ref and not bleeding so much . Hoping they will continue to improve but very pleased at this time

It's a very slow improvement. I've been using Mullend for about 8 months now. It's not a magic wand but I can see signs of improvement.

I order one pack to start with and have noticed a significant difference already in my gums, in less a week! They bleed less and have visibly recovered. Just placed a new order!

Order came well wrapped. These pens work amazingly.

Communication is key to advice given

Good product only problem when you open new pen it is dry and takes while for gel to come out is there a easy way to speed up the process

Amazing results, not quite there yet but a definite improvement

It's working and that is a massive improvement on the results I've been getting by using the stuff my GP has been prescribing me for the last 6 years or more.
I'm so grateful and really over the moon right now with the results.

The first four pens came and they were gel form but the new ones are very liquid what has changed

Easy to order and delivery good.

Bought my first mullend in December 25, then again 2 lots of 3 since then.
Not sure how long it takes for the gel to work on gums, I have not noticed much difference, but, I would like to give benefit of doubt and see what happens ☺️.

I had cause to contact customer services regarding a pen I purchased. I had a quick reply to my email which was appreciated. The communication between us was good and it resulted in a replacement pen being sent. I was contacted by Yanny to inform me that the replacement had been sent and could be tracked. I received my pen quickly and it was well packaged .
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them the customer service was excellent, and pleased with the overall experience

I was very disappointed with this product. Three out of the four tubes had faulty dispensers, making them difficult to use from the start. In addition, the gel in two of the tubes was extremely thin—I couldn’t even tell if it was being applied properly.
There also seemed to be very little product in each tube, with no clear guidance on how much to use or how many applications each tube should provide. The instructions were printed in extremely small text, making them difficult to read and not user-friendly.
Considering the cost and the claims made, the product does not deliver value for money. In my experience, it is not effective for managing serious gum disease. I strongly believe it should include a clear disclaimer stating that it is an over-the-counter product and not suitable for diagnosis or treatment of more advanced conditions.
Overall, I would not recommend this product.

The product simply did not work for me. Used regularly in line with guidance for 6 months. No improvement whatsoever. Unable to claim money back as past the 30 day deadline, which is an issue as you are advised to keep going for 3-4 months.

Massive improvement in my husband’s toe nails since using Mullend. Started October 2025 so it’s been a slow process!!
