This is a big scam...
I started using their website 2 weeks ago.
Then 2 days ago i won viking lotto and German lotto.
they ignored it and didn't respond to my emails.

I tried to withdraw 25€ from multilotto but multilotto refused my 25€ withdraw and i was asked to provide for documents. I provided all my documents including my ID card but my ID card was expired 10 days ago because everything was shut down in germany and they gave me appointment for april to extend it. They refused to accept my document because they consider it invalid but i also sent them my apointment termin which is given to me by german government. If they dont accept paper from government then what do they accept? Dont they see there id coronavirus pandemic and everything is shut down?

According to what i ssw they just copy and paste and do not make personal reply to your questions.

This website is big scam. If they dont let you withdraw 25€. Do you they will let you withdraw bigger amounts? I dont think so.

I would recommend to avoid this website because to many paper work and they will not let you make withdraw . They like to get your money but not ready to pay out.

Its better to play lottery on official website. If you win big money then you can easily withdraw it and its safe and the customer service helps you and not some bot copy and pasting you answers. I am glad it was only 25€ not a big deal
