Multipool are fraudsters

Multipool are fraudsters
This pool are scammers, I invested $100 and made $60 profit and got paid, I invested the $160 again and made $267($107) profit and got paid. Later we invested about $800 with friends, we made about $4000(1.24 BTC) in January. We didnt get paid, they duped us claiming our wallet cannot process the payout that we have to send 0.71 BTC to our linked wallet then we can get our payout 1.2 BTC and 0.71 BTC after facial verification. We did not receive a single cent from them, they deleted our account from their server and all our money almost $16,000 is gone. Dont ever invest in Multipool they are scammers.

Multipool scam

Multipool scam
On 3rd January 2019, we invested in mining with Multipool by renting hashing rate from Nicehash, the hashing power was supposed to last 15days. 9 days into our mining at the speed (5.6phz) we were able to mine (1.24BTC).
We immediately sent an enquiry to support in which they reply that we need to send 0.45 BTC to our BTC wallet.

We heeded to their advice and did exactly as instructed, however the mining did not continue up to the date of expiry . We further requested for our payout since we have already linked the proof of funds as instructed by mulitpool and we were told our request has been forwarded to billing for processing . We were later forced to go through a certain verification process which include facial recognition verification (strange). Upon completion of that, they requested that we have to create another blockchain wallet and deposit 0.26btc.

After completing this process, we later received an email as seen below , claiming that something unusual occured during our mining period and our funds were seized. They asked us to wait for some processes to be completed so that we will receive a private key and claim our funds . Many days passed by without any response from them. We then came across their page on Facebook and contacted admin who claims to own the mining site and also claims we have been dealing with scammers and not Multipool . I asked him how comes we have been receiving email from Multipool addresses and he demanded for the email headers. We provided the email headers and shockingly our email address was hacked . All sent and received emails were deleted from the email used in communicating with Multipool from 8th April 2019 to the email creation date, this was to delete all records of communication.
We also tried to log in to our Multipool account and later realized they have deactivated the account.
However all the email conversations we had with Multipool has been forwarded to about 3 different emails unknown to them.
Based on the above, we would like to submit a strong petition against Multipool and claim damages for the sad situation they put us through .We are also reporting this to ensure that we put an end to this scam and save other people from falling into their trap.

Multipool is an excellent pool choice.

Multipool is an excellent pool choice.
I've had multiple payouts of Digibyte, Bitcoin Cash, and a few other altcoins with no problems. Mining setup is also very easy. I've also had no problem with customer service, I asked a question and got a response within the hour.

Power in small numbers, a transparent and true Multipool.

I've been mining altcoins and Litecoin cash at Multipool and have found their site to be super transparent with merged coins (basically very few pools are honest about this), as well as transparent with the blocks they found relative to the hash power. Power to small pools! All thier coins have stat pages.
