If I could give a no stars review I would. I order my products in the beginning of May. It is August 25th and I have not received my order or any type of tracking number. I contacted customer support roughly about 9 times and have not gotten an answer!
Placed an order on May 26th as a birthday gift for a dear friend. Sent an email to their 'order support' on June 13th asking for an update. Nearly six weeks later, on July 24th, I still have not received an update (or any reply at all!) on the order. My friend still has not received her birthday gift. This is beyond ridiculous. Avoid them!
I ordered the silicone bra on June 6th. It's been 3 weeks sense I've ordered it and I still haven't received an email confirmation stating it's been shipped. I did however receive and email confirmation (almost immediately) that they took the money from my account for this product. I've emailed this company numerous times because there is no phone number to contact them. I've asked for my money back, or even a confirmation that my product is being shipped. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible service and obviously a bunch of frauds.
I purchased an item from this company on June 6th and received a confirmation email, but still have not received a shipping email. I have sent 5 emails to the support email they have since they don't have a phone number and have heard nothing back. Horrible service and ridiculous that I've waited 3 weeks for the item to even be shipped. Would not recommend this company.
I purchased an item from this site and I haven't received the item nor any information on the item. I have sent many emails to the support email and still nothing ! I am very upset and suggest everyone and anyone to not shop from them ! Horrible service !
I love the idea of being able to contribute to a certain cause with purchases made by clicking links through the site. However, the selection of items are just not enough. As the site is relatively new, I'm confident that with more internet exposure, the number of members (curators) will grow and so will the variety of items.
