I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your staff members at Dubai Festival City (ID no 3226). Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member who was rude and didn't communicate nicely. As a customer, I expect better service. I hope you can address this issue and provide customer service training to the staff member in question. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I went to the marina mall abudhabi long back and I went again there was a female staff I asked for help and I asked her if I had an item like the picture I showed her she said no and I asked another staff she said it was available .. and I went back to the staff I first asked I said it was available the answer to me was very rude no respect instead of apologizing to me and I asked where the manager is the answer to me no and she is a staff Priyangka name she is rude does not know how to respect answer un respectful women

The sales women were rude and kept following us constantly while we shopped for items for around 150 dirhams. It made us uncomfortable and I would not want to go to this store at Delma mall again.the ladies stood helping each other with their hairstyles and responded bluntly when question. A very bad experience.

Will give Zero star if I could because of its return/exchange policy.
Bought a Plush Toy in store, went back about half an hour later to exchange to another toy. Was told no return no exchange! It was printed on the receipt but who will be able to know it before you paid and get your receipt? No sign in store and no notice from cashier when check out.
Store manager kept saying it’s store policy, but no explanation why customer was not notified before or during payment.
It’s cheating the customers.

This is a small North America chain that sells Korean nicknacks. The store near me was closed because of covid, but I placed an order for masks online, and went to the store to pick them up. Had to phone when I arrived, but the clerk came out, and set the masks on a table for me to take. Friendly enough given the circumstances. Masks were as advertized.
Would use again.
