Do not buy from here unless you are not bothered about refunds. I bought a pair of sunglasses from here making sure I would be able to return them if they didn’t suit. Says in the website that it’s no problem to return so I purchased. Unfortunately they don’t suit so I wanted to return them. I followed what it said on the website to return and I got no response. I thought was strange so I did the same again incase it didn’t go through properly- still no response. I’ve emailed them multiple times no response, so I messaged on Instagram and no response. I even commented on their last post and no response. I’m not sure what else I can do as it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting my money back.

I placed an order last May because IG account of this company is aesthetic and the Buy One Take One Trap! (I know most of them do).
The Karen in me went ballistic just to follow up my paid products in all of their SocMed accounts that I was able to message! Lo and behold, they had deleted the bad revs in Ig and FB!
What I did is that I multiplied my Karenific skills and sent them(the company) via email. So, they got many irate enquiries and escalation to supervisors emails from me, luckily their email support team supervisor responded and refunded the payment straight to my bank account.
Lessons learned:
1. Stalk the company before you checkout!
2. Being a Karen to a scam company is not bad at all!
