We focus on solving overlooked problems that impact comfort, confidence, and well-being—starting with the water you use every day. Our flagship product, the Muravai Filtered Showerhead, is designed to improve both water quality and shower performance. Using a multi-stage filtration system, it reduces chlorine, heavy metals, and other impurities that can leave skin dry, hair brittle, and showers less refreshing. Combined with a high-pressure design, it offers a spa-like experience that feels as good as it is effective. We are committed to quality and constant improvement. Every product is built with both performance and durability in mind, supported by responsive customer service and a 40-day money-back guarantee. This ensures that our customers can try Muravai risk-free and experience the difference for themselves. As a small but growing business, we value transparency, feedback, and community. Customer input directly shapes how we improve our products and services. Our goal is to continue expanding operations while maintaining the personal attention and reliability our customers expect. NO STARS!
Purchased your shower head on October 20th. I have already had to replace the hose it came with because it busted through. So I bought an expensive new hose last weekend and the shower head itself cracked open today . This is the worst product I have ever spent money on. As it is it feels like needles hitting your body so I use the button to slow down the pressure as recommended by your team. I haven’t once had a relaxing shower. No one in my family likes it and they all agree. Feels like needles!
I’m sure you won’t give me my money back because I’m outside the 40 day money back guarantee. Clearly it’s only meant to last that long before it falls apart!

I really love the shower head
I really love the shower head. The only downfall is I’ve had to replace both of
Them within a few months as it broke. I hope this isn’t a continuous issue cuz I really do love this product. The pressure is great and its spray is very smooth and relaxing. I do recommend it since both shower heads were replaced for free.

Very nice shower head
Very nice shower head. Appreciate the filtering of the water and has nice spray. The only complaint is the very cheap, plastic connector/mount for the head. Such a nice head should have a better quality mount. Thanks

While the design seemed promising
While the design seemed promising, the durability was an issue for me. The first shower head’s hose broke after only a few months, and the backup unit broke during installation. The buy-one-get-one offer also required additional purchases, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m sharing this so future buyers are aware. Unfortunately, I can’t give this product a high rating based on my experience.

Product feels very cheap
Product feels very cheap, does not seem as durable as advertised. Leaks water even when tightly secured to shower head. Also hose shouldve been a little longer or had come with an extension
