Over the Last year

I bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue there a couple years back and traded it in a year ago. I’ve been trying to contact them since so they could let Nissan know I no longer have the vehicle and I can get some money back on packages I purchased. I have been ignored via emails, passed around on the phone, no returned phone calls when I left messages with people or voice mails. I spoke directly with Nissan and they said the dealership I bought from HAD TO file this paperwork. (As did the dealership I traded in with). This is my second Rogue… I didn’t have this problem with my first one at another dealership. I didn’t have this issue with other vehicles I bought.

Their service is great while buying but follow up is horrific.

It’s been a YEAR.

BTW my dudes: it’s under my married name, number and email are the same, I came down from Wisconsin and traded in a black 2017 Nissan Rogue. Message me.
