The technicien was amazing
The technicien was amazing, he has 5 stars from me. The reason I give 3 stars is because after the initial visit, I got charged 159€ for the repairs I had not received yet, I had no email, no receipt, nothing for almost two weeks. I had to email several times and it took four days to get a response from customer service. I was very close to going to my bank and reporting it as an fraud. In the end I finally got it repaired today, very happy with the technician, he's great, so three starts thanks to him and not 0. He deserves ten stars.

Nightmare
Catastrophic, terrible experience, a real nightmare!
Our landlord suggested to contact Murphy for a broken washing machine.
We scheduled the first appointment (100 EUR) on 27 October where an apparent “diagnostic” was made. We were told that they will need to order an electronic spare part (300 EUR). We had to wait 3 weeks for that spare part. Once it arrived we scheduled another appointment (15 November), the spare part was put and the machine still DID NOT WORK! Now the guy said that we need to order another spare part (130 EUR), and we waited for another 2 weeks. Today (29 November) he came and again he cannot repair a machine! This is a nightmare! 530 EUR spent, broken machine for 5 weeks, and still no solution… I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. We will try to take our money back, but no one will pay us back our lost time, our stress!
