My parts were sent within a day or two of my ordering. When the package arrived, the parts were in the package (they apparently broke through the packaging). They shipped very quickly
They shipped very quickly, unfortunately I received Hemp rope instead of Nylon. 1 quick email and my nylon rope was on it's way along with a shipping label to return the hemp rope. They even checked in with me to make sure I received the nylon rope and the return label, small error but excellent recovery!

Postage due
My package was supposed to be sent USPS postage paid, instead it came postage due (only $3, but the total order was only $4). Plus I lost a week trying to safely get the USPS envelope with cash to our carrier. I emailed fred at murphyindustrialproducts.com to explain the situation---I didn't ask for a refund, etc, just a "sorry" would've been fine. But no answer from fred.
The products i ordered were OK, but the rest of the experience not so much.

Though you cannot carry this while cycling, it's perfect for locking up bikes while transporting them on a bike rack, long road trips, and anytime you need to secure them while not cycling.
