As many others, I thought these shoes came from the USA and were called ortholight.
Ortholight not indicated anywhere on shoe.

Took weeks to deliver (from China).
Made 4 requests on how to return these poorly made shoes. No answer.
Called credit card co to dispute.
Stay away!

Don't waste your time or money

First of all, the transaction is with China and product shipped from China. Long time wait for delivery. Sent wrong size of shoe and the shoe did not perform as advertised. Very cheap product. A return for refund was granted... but I had to send it back to China at my expense. The cost for that was $43+, nearly what I paid for the shoes and they made the error. I donated them to the thrift store and Musabela China reaped the reward, along with whoever bought the shoes at the thrift store. Don't be fooled by the Musabela USA tag line.

Totally fraudulent company

Totally fraudulent company. The return policy is a lie. They pretend they’re made in the United States. They are not. If you return your shoes, you have to send them to China. I am still waiting for a refund. Stay away from this company!

No one answers email; no contact

I sent at least 4 emails asking for assistance. Every time I sent an email, I received a bot reply. One email I sent stated I believed they are a scamming company. I thought maybe I would get a reply back but did not.
I just got another email saying that I could use boho and donate one. All the reviews I’ve read are saying to stay away.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. They advertise that their sneakers are made in America when they actually are made and shipped from China. The sneakers are identical to other companies that are being sold on Amazon from China. The sneakers are so cheap. They are like cardboard that's wrapped in cloth. They are identical to sneakers being sold on Amazon to the ones that I bought from Musabela and are half the price that I got from Musabela and are China companies. When you try to call the Musabela phone number it immediately hangs up on you. This company is totally a scam and they should be reported to the US attorney general's office. These sneakers are crappy!

Cheap, scam

They are heavy. I dunno what the bottom is made out of.
They have absolutely NO cushion. I took out the insole and it’s like some kind of styrofoam. There is nothing orthopedic about this brand! Also you can’t send them back. Mine said the shipped from IN but the company said I’d have to return them to china. So I bought some good insoles bc I can’t send them back

First they charged me for two pair of…

First they charged me for two pair of sneakers and when I asked for credit , I did not receive it. The shoes are very bad . I did not expect that plus when I told them that the pair I received did not fit and I wanted to return them. They told me I needed to return them to China. Shipping was more expensive than the shoes plus I did not know if I was going to get the credit. Do not buy them .

Terrible shoes

Terrible shoes. I tried to return them to China ($30 shipping!) to the address they gave me. Four months later, the shoes were returned to me, "no address found." I'm out the $50 for the shoes and $30 non-deliverable shipping.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! These shoes are of very cheap quality material. They smell like very strong chemicals. The reviews on their web page are certainly false, Do not buy on the truth of the reviews. I did and they are false reviews. Now I'm trying to return them and you are required to ship them back to China which will cost more than the original purchase price. The company makes it inconvenient to return and just gets to keep your original payment while you get stuck with crappy shoes. Don't believe what you read on their review web page. Order American.

BEWARE company is a SCAM

This company is the biggest SCAM I have ever came across, DO NOT order anything from this company, their product is garbage, sneakers are made in China and shipped from China, yet Musabela claim to be an American company, they have the same generic response on emails sent to customers, you have to pay shipping to China if you want a refund, shipping costs are more than the cheap shoes.

Twenty Percent refund if you return shoes to China

They advertise "wide" shoes, but they're not wide. In fact, the shoes have no size shown.
They told me they won't refund payment price. They claim they'll offer 20% refund IF you mail the shoes to them IN CHINA.
After I told the credit card company to revoke the charge, Musabela decided to give a 100% refund.
You've been warned.

Do not purchase from Musabela!! May not be a US company!

I ordered shoes and socks. When I received the package, the driver brought it to my door with items falling out of both ends of the package. It was open on both ends and had been taped like a present. The packaging inside had what appears to be Chinese writing. On the website, it says they are based in Irvine, CA, but the address on the package came from ORD, 2475 W. Touhy Ave, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. I have emailed them at their support email list on the website and even tried calling the number listed on the website, (1-334-345-2394), but it keeps hanging up on me. The shoes and socks have a very strong chemical odor. The shoes look like plastic. I wish I had known about this site. I have provided them my reason for return, requested a full refund in US dollars, and now feel like I am being given the run-around. I placed my order on 4/19/25 and received my order on 5/2/2025.

A whole month no shoes

Ordered shoes after about 15 days I decided to contact them to see when I would receive my order because the shipping would not update. They reassured me. My shoes would be in in about three days so I waited another five days still no shoes decided to contact again and was told that the shoes actually never shipped and they didn’t understand why but they would get them out. Waited about another 5 to 7 days for them to tell me that they were out of stock now of the ones I’ve ordered after a month. I asked for a refund. It is now been two weeks and I still have not received one. I have emailed multiple times and the number will not go through. It rings once and then hangs up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY
