Good App/Great People
Good app, but, more important, good/real people behind it! Not the right time in my life (injury, too much going on). I did not end trial in a timely manner. Customer Service was very responsive, went above and beyond in their accommodation, which I sincerely appreciate. Lots of fitness apps around, but not many with this kind of outstanding service/support.

I'm still only in week 3 so haven't really settled into a schedule. Most exercises are doable with a few just a tad too hard.

Although the ad wasn’t vey clear the first response to the onward plan was a bit of a shock financially. I think £9:99 a month would gain you more subscriptions as £39 a month is too expensive after all it is just an app. And if the results were as you claim I think people would be ok with that. My case was a different problem as I’ve had a double lung transplant and getting fit again is very important. Hence trying the app unfortunately I was unable to do even one days exercise. I wasn’t aware it was an ongoing subscription. I would not of signed up if I knew this at the ongoing cost. Although initially I was refused my refund but your offer was a good one. I was still out of pocket and the little income I receive since my operation is abysmal. Not your fault. But after I explained my predicament you came through admirably. So thank you again. My star rating was simply because your ad is not clear enough. Otherwise It would have been 5 star for customer service.

Customer service is great
I didn’t get to use the app, because life gets busy, and was charged a full renewal fee because the subscription auto renews and I did not know that… so I was upset but then they offered me a free year. I have not yet tried the work outs but I hope to be able to start soon and try in within the year!! I do want to become fit.
