Not delivered...AGAIN!!
For the second time on my last 2 orders, DHL said the package was out for delivery. They never turned up. The day after, they said they'd deliver the next working day. No good, as the meat would have been off. In transit Friday (and stored in a van/warehouse Fri/Sat & Sun) then in transit again on Momday, delivery time unknown (most probably afternoon) Did they deliver? No, for the second time (4th time on 2 deliveries) I had to report this order undelivered, just like the last one. Totally unacceptable. Requested a full refund. Absolutely disgusted.
Finally replied to me on 6th Aug. Offered a replacement. I asked for a full refund. 6 days later, I still have not received it, or a response. 🤬

Disgusting and disappointed
Me and my other half tried this company for the first time and was incredibly disappointed.
The chicken was out of date, has mold around it and the smell is unbearable. Do not waste your money. Even supermarkets meat is better.

Delivery issues
I ordered a meat hamper and it was due to be delivered on a Thursday. My delivery never got delivered till Friday so by that time had been sitting in a van for over 48 hours so the meat was warm and had a funny smell as it’s only chilled for 24 hours. Emailed multiple times with no response. Won’t be using again which is disappointing as have ordered before with no problems but this time no customer service.

Delayed delivery NO RESPONSE!!! £100 worth of food wasted
The delivery was delayed. I emailed them to cancel. No reply
The delivery was rearranged. Again email to say this was no good to me as I was having surgery and needed it before. Again No reply. The food was delivered and left at the bottom of the stairs to my flat!!! I could not get down the steps to retrieve the parcel. So over £100 worth of food was left and went to waste!! Again I emailed them asking to speak to someone. Yet AGAIN NO REPLY!!!!!

First order went fine but since making my second order it’s gone totally wrong, they left out a large portion of my hamper yet charged me, when I emailed to chase up when the rest would arrive I have been totally ignored! Contaminated meat
Meat arrived in a box and in 2 unsealed thin blue bags. On first look when putting food away and separating the chicken breast to put straight in the freezer nothing was wrong. However the next day after freezing I took e chicken breasts out to defrost and noticed there was something on them google images said lavae and thera contaminated somewhere. As I had 4 bags of chicken breasts I then had a quick look at the other frozen chicken breasts and found black 'bits' so i put these to 1 side and defrosted them to double check... on checking these black bits looked very similar to what was on the breast with the larvae on it. took photos and sent this complaint to muscle foods... this was almost a week ago and have still not heard from them.
I have been a valied customer of musclefoods for many years as the standard has seems to have dropped massively. In total so far i have counted 16 chicken breast infected with this larvae.

Fresh meat was at a delivery warehouse for over 4 days, they had the balls to deliver rotten meat.
Muscle food do not reply to emails, no telephone number to use and live chat never open/ no one available.
