food arrived stinky and cold bags were melted all meat went off - have contacted for a refund and no communcation back. terrible never use again £91.00 down the drain

I have already massage you the food was 6 days late and the food smelled and I was not going to feed my children it

So far so good the meat is fantastic the chicken is not filled with water the steaks weren't all fatty my partner said the mince was spot on... We will be buying again but maybe a bigger box.

We asked three days prior to delivery for delivery to be delayed by 3 days as we were unable to be in on the original date at short notice. We got an acknowledgement email but no other correspondence. We could find no contact tel phone number. Food was delivered on original date and left exposed to the elements for 3 days resulting in most of the food having to be thrown away. Very disappointed.

DHL didn't deliver the food on the day, wasn't delivered the next day either. 3 days later still not delivered.

Have rejected the delivery and requested a new one from Muscle Food as the meat will now be rancid, a further 3 days later and although the operative has agreed its still not confirmed or sent.

I had to chase my order on the expected delivery date after receiving no dispatch notification or tracking information. MuscleFood then auto emailed to say the order had not yet been shipped and offered me the choice of either a full refund or a delivery date that suited me. I replied the same day requesting the refund, as I had needed the order for that weekend. After making that decision, I filled my freezer with alternative food. I received no substantive response, only automated replies. Instead of honouring the refund I had requested or making any contact, MuscleFood simply sent a replacement on a date that had not been agreed meaning I was out. I made contact several times and to this day have had no response, only ever auto replies. I ultimately had to raise a PayPal dispute, which was decided in my favour after the company failed to engage.

Chicken was off and smelt horrendous when opened.....ive emailed customer services no reply back at all ..quick enough to take my money but don't wanna refund when there food is bad

First delivery time not met, asked for a refund, not reschedule as per their email response and not acknowledged. Sent another email later to ask about it (we had used another supplier to get our produce by then, also written in the email). No response to the email.
New delivery slot emailed through and no way of cancelling. Used to use regularly but now I will not use again or recommend.

I've been really impressed with MuscleFood. The quality of the meat is excellent, everything arrives well packaged and fresh, and there's a great variety to choose from. The prices are competitive, especially when buying bundles, which makes healthy eating much more affordable.

Delivery was on time, and the products were exactly as described. I've also found the portion sizes to be good, and the food tastes great. It's a convenient way to stock up on high-protein meals without constantly going to the supermarket.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend MuscleFood to anyone looking for quality meat, healthy food options, and good value for money. A reliable service that I'll happily continue using.

Terrible service, I ordered a fairly large order of £84 for my protein needs for the month, was due for delivery Friday, never showed up and when I sent emails to musclefoods I’ve received no acknowledgement, I’ve sent a further email requesting a refund, again ignored.
Hopefully my bank chargeback will be successful as the company it seems have gone into administration.
Avoid at all costs, I don’t know why they are taking more orders when they are in trouble and can’t fulfill prior orders.

I have placed an order on the 24th of July to be delivered on the 27th of July.

I received an email from DHL on the 27th to say they cant deliver it and will deliver it the next day.

The next day DHL email me again to say they can't deliver it till the 31st of July!!! Not happy as I then had to spend more money of food elsewhere to make meals for the family.

Today is now the 5th of August I still have no delivery, Ive emailed Muscle Food, used the live chat option and send a DM through Instagram. Not heard anything!

No contact telephone number can be found to speak to anyone. Im completely out of pocket and dont think its acceptable

The order didn’t arrive on date booked, was only emailed about this late afternoon of the day. They asked if we wanted it rearranged, we gave a date three days later, they didn’t come back to us until 4 days later where they selected their own date making the order a week late. We replied saying that date didn’t work for us but they ignored us and sent it anyway. Terrible communication and customer service

5kg of chicken bought that had to go in the bin due to the smell of rotten meat when opening the packet I messaged customer service a couple of times and no response.

Order was delayed and when it was delivered the food was rotten.

Customer service is terrible now. I have used MF for years and over the last few months, they have gone downhill. Won’t be using again.

The delivery was late with a roughly a week. It was booked for Saturday delivery because we supposed to have BBQ on Sunday, came on Thursday.
The quality of the meet is not good, we have beef stakes the get in the bin. Chicken is ok but instead of 5kg we have 2.5kg chicken filet.

The package arrived hot the driver said he could not say how long it was in the van it was not marked as to keep refrigerated or chilled I refused the item they tried to deliver again a couple of days later, I tried to complain to company but they will not respond to messages or emails I am without the order or a refund the customer service is non existent
