First time I ordered didn’t receive got sent to wrong address ! Made a new order last week supposed to have a delivery for 20 meals last Thursday emailed several times and no response from them customer service is appalling !!

My order didn't arrive on the correct day. I tried numerous times to contact muscle food but as yet still have had no reply. The email address is not real. The order was not packed with ice but bags of water because it was so late. There is no contact phone number. I would not use this company again it deserves -0* for ignoring customers

Never received my order. No response to email, applied for refund through my bank

Have not had anything I didn't like and great value for money

This was my 3rd time ordering from company. It'll be the last. Got my meat order 5 days later, with some of it missing. Meat was unfit for consumption. The box had lay in a depot all weekend.

You never delivered my food and failed to even reply to my mesages

Delivered 4 days after being dispatched. Meat arrived at room temperature with all gel packs also at room temperature. All meat was unfit for consumption so went into bin. I have contacted them 3 times regarding this large order for a refund and heard nothing back. Such a shame, it used to be a fantastic company. Steer clear now

My order went missing, and though i have tried to contact this company numerous times i have had no response. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use your company as it has second class customer service and no recourse if your having difficulty like myself.

Took 4 attempts to get delivered. Poor customer service. Will never use again

I regulatly order as i am on a budget and the offers regularly allow me to feed a damily of 4 adults for the full month with a vatiety of meals. The quality is alwats great and it is easy enough to portion the chicken breasts as they are big. Also the ability to choose the day of delivert makes it easy to alip into my schedule.

Order was scheduled for 24 July. Never arrived. Had to chase company only for them to reschedule for 30 July. Was given a time, which was not adhered to. When it was delivered, the chicken breasts (from Romania) absolutely stank so they are not at all edible. Have contacted MuscleFood a few times about this order with no response.

The driver didn't attempt delivery on the friday. Package then arrived Monday at 6pm. It had obviously been sat in the van all day and a warehouse over the weekend as the ice packs were just warm water and all the meat stunk so bad and had all discoloured. Had to take it to the tip. I emailed 5 times and have still not had a reply.

The food was delivered 5 days after it was scheduled all hot and meat starting to rot so all thrown away.
Sent numerous messages to both Muscle foods and DHL with no response.
I am requesting a full refund or the details of where I can escalate the complaint.

Very, very poor communication.
They failed to let me update my delivery address. When my £70.49 delivery finally arrived 2 days late it was £39 short of items.
They are not replying to my emails or ot replacing the missing items.
I'm a 69yr old pensioner who cannot afford the loss.

Some items recieved, attempted to contact several times with no reply! Was 2 days late being delivered! First time ordering will not be doing so again!!

Rancid smelling sausage + Missing 70% of the order. Since entering administration we're unlikely to get a reply from support... Knew something was up when they swapped DPD for DHL.

Good quality food will buy again

Utter rubbish, this company is deluded, they messed up my first ever delivery, like they do everyone else’s, then send some rubbish email, saying about distribution issues, saying contact them to either rearrange delivery or full refund. I wanted a full refund so I responded to the email saying this, however 9 days later in 35 degree heat, the delivery was attempted but I wasn’t in, so it was taken back in 35 degree heat, then sat in a warehouse over night to be delivered in 35 degree heat the next day, I refused it because the lorry has no refrigeration, this company is a joke, they still while writing this haven’t attempted to contact me or indeed refund me.

I’ve now instructed my bank to get the money back for me I’m still waiting for this, all in all it’s been a total waist of time, if you read this my advise is to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, save yourself the agro.

Other people say the chicken was green rotten and not worth feeding to animals so BE AWARE
