nocco

I ordered two cases of Nocco, and when my package arrived I realized it wasn’t real Nocco. A normal can of Nocco contains 180 mg of caffeine, but the Nocco from Muskelhouse only contains 105 mg of caffeine!!! NEVER BUY NOCCO FROM HERE!!! It’s a scam.

However, this is not a scam. The NOCCO we sell is the Danish version of NOCCO, which contains 105 mg of caffeine per can in accordance with Danish regulations. This is stated both on the product image and in the product description on the product page.

Be careful with this company

Be careful with this company. Their website looks very professional, and they even claim an average reply time of 2 business days, but you can only contact them through their online form, which leaves no record of your attempts. They display an email address you can supposedly reach them at, but if you email it, you receive an automatic reply stating: “Address not found. Your message wasn’t delivered to 1nf0(@)musclehouse(dot)se
because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.” Meanwhile, you still receive order confirmations from this same address, which makes it seem like they have blocked incoming emails to make it harder to file complaints.

I used their online form three times (about once per week) with no reply at all. I had to contact them via social media before I was ready to take legal action, and only then did I finally get an answer and a refund. Save yourself time and stress, and choose another company instead!

, and it is fully operational. The address you attempted to contact was unfortunately incorrect, which explains the bounce-back message.

We also offer customer support by phone on weekdays from 9:00–14:00, and we always respond through our social media channels as well.

We’re glad the issue was eventually resolved and that you received your refund, but we fully understand your frustration. Your feedback helps us improve our communication so this type of confusion doesn’t happen again.
