Fast Delivery, Real People, Great Experience!
I ordered a set of dumbbells with a rack, and the delivery was incredibly fast as it arrived the very next day! I was happy with the quality of the dumbbells and rack, however, two sets of dumbbells were missing from the package. I immediately thought, “Here we go, that’s the risk of ordering online…” But to my surprise, when I called customer service (yes, they actually have a phone number!), someone answered straight away! I explained the issue, and the person on the phone assured me they would take care of it immediately. Less than 24 hours later, the missing dumbbells were delivered to my home!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to support this company for providing such an excellent online shopping experience. Thank you and well done!

Great prices and even better service
I’ve been looking into building my home gym and MuscleIQ has sorted me out for most of my equipment. They’ve done custom bundles for me to get me exactly what I needed and at a great price.
The customer service has been top notch, much better than any of the gym equipment companies I’ve dealt with.
I’m completely satisfied with the whole experience and will continue buying from them.
