We cannot love our muscle mats more! We have them in our basement with concrete floor and it's the perfect addition for our little one to play on. We recently added the giant chair and I don't know who enjoys it more, us or our 1 year old!

Amazing customer service, and the quality of the mat is unmatched. Our smalls kids love it and after a week of hard/messy playing, all of the spills, dirt, etc has come out of our beige mat without issue.

We love our muscle mat. The best purchase for a new family, especially for our baby - and us as well! I was needing assistance and Ana which was one of the team replied to my email promptly and assisted me very quickly and efficiently.

These mats are truly the best mats I have ever come across! They are so soft and so great to lounge around on well playing games with the kids on the floor (the pattern in stunning too)
I will definitely be getting another couple and have already had several family members place orders as well.
The customer service team are incredible to deal with also. I had to contact them and I dealt with Avalon who went above and beyond to help me. The response time was almost instant and Avalon was so kind and caring and resolved my issue immediately

My experience goes back a few years ago when I discovered Muscle Mat at my daughter’s home where she had just received her second child. I learned that this mat was incredibly helpful for keeping young children safe from falling. I fell in love with it when I noticed that my nephew bought one for their home as I genuinely thought it was only for children but no. It brings style, safety and a loving comfort to the room. It draws my family together in one room because they just love lying on it. I’ve had visitors asking me for details on how they can get their hands on this product and Muscle Mat is just the perfect answer to give. I ordered a double size mattress topper for my sofa bed for guest. Delivery was the next day which was awesome. The price is so reasonable compared to other mattress toppers. So comfortable , thank you Muscle Mat. 😊

Don't waste your money on this company. I ordered a "Charcoal" mat expecting a true dark gray, but what actually arrived is blatantly blue. It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online and completely clashes with the room I bought it for.

To make matters worse, Muscle Mat's customer service is completely horrible. I never even received an order number from them, and trying to get a hold of anyone to fix their mistake is an absolute joke. I've reached out to give them a chance to resolve this, and they just completely ignore you and refuse to get back to you.

It is incredibly frustrating to spend hard-earned money on a product only to get the wrong color and then get completely ghosted by support. Avoid this company at all costs—terrible quality control and even worse customer service.

We were looking at a bed topper and were recommended Muscle Mat.
Having tried other big name brands, this product hit the goal with quality, comfort and price. Made the comfort of the mattress still firm but that layer of comfort not felt in the last $300 topper we purchased. The help from Carolynne was exceptional, actually calling us to confirm that the order was delivered to the correct location, apart from other emails that were sent in the course of the sale.

I love my Muscle Mat rug so much! First of all, it arrived incredibly fast, and the price was so affordable compared to other rugs I considered.

What impressed me most is how unbelievably soft and comfortable it is. Walking on it feels like walking on pillows, yet it still looks stylish and beautiful in my living room. It truly gives me the best of both worlds: comfort and appearance.

I have two Corgis, and one thing I absolutely love is that this rug doesn't seem to collect pet hair. I rarely notice any hair on it at all. It's also very easy to clean. Any spills we've had have wiped right up without any trouble.

My dogs love it, my grandbabies love crawling on it, and honestly, I love sitting and walking on it too.

I came across Muscle Mat while scrolling social media, and two weeks later my rug arrived — I was not disappointed.

The rug was exactly as described online and packaged very well (vacuum sealed). Within about 30 minutes of opening, it had fully expanded and looked fantastic. It’s a quality rug and really ties the room together.

The customer service I received from Carolynne was second to none. When I placed my order it was on pre-order, and Carolynne kept me updated throughout the entire delivery process with multiple emails, which I really appreciated. She even followed up a couple of hours after delivery to confirm it had arrived safely.

I had ordered the wrong size by mistake and I emailed customer service and they were very helpful and after I spoke with Cindy, the customer service officer, they were able to help me organise and return and refund. A very friendly company with very comfortable items
