Amazing product and customer service.
We ordered a mat for our living room because we have a menace of a toddler. It’s super comfortable and easy to clean. Our little guy will literally just roll around on it.

We loved it so much we ordered one for his bedroom.

Mistakes happen, we got sent the wrong one.

Same day, they made it right and sent out the right one. Nothing is better than a company who’s responsive, kind, and puts the customer first.

I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and customer service from Muscle Mat. I am not one to typically leave reviews, but my experience with this company demands one. They went above and beyond to remedy an issue with my mat (that wasn’t their fault). The only thing faster than their customer service response time is their shipping time! I have and will continue to recommend this product to my friends and family.

Really happy with my Muscle Mat purchase. It arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and feels super comfortable underfoot. The quality is great and it looks just like the photos online. Definitely makes the space feel more comfortable and finished. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

I was hesitant to purchase from a social media ad but I couldn’t be happier that I did. It looked perfect right out of the package, required only to be set up in our space (I read other reviews that had concerns - we had none of that!). My whole family is obsessed with it. It’s in my kids’ room and my 10 year old said it’s his favorite thing in the apt now! My three kids had a slumber party on the floor last night so they could snuggle on it - can’t make this up. It’s soft and pretty and just the right amount of squish. Before receiving the mat, I had reached out to customer service with a concern. And when I got a quick response from a person, I felt even more reassured - and my concern was taking seriously and addressed right away (and ended up not being an issue). Very happy with our Muscle Mat!

Product is great, delivery is free and super fast. I had a little hiccup with the webpage and the company were very fast and responsive. Great product and service.

We received our mattress pad in a timely fashion. Had a small issue, I made a comment on the site and they emailed me within a few days. They REACHED OUT TO ME!! This company is awesome to work with as they took care of my issue right away. I will definitely do business with them again. It’s nice to work with a company that actually seems to care about the customers.

My mat had an issue with deliverance due to an account error. Muscle Mat customer service was top tier in making sure I received my shipment. They were in constant communication and made sure I received my shipment.

Such an amazing product the mattress topper from muscle mat! Good price for a luxury item. My mum bought it for us as a treat and we love it. So soft and cosy and helps with sterling to sleep. Makes any mattress feel new I’m sure!
Fast delivery too.

I had purchased a Muscle Mat a few months ago and notice it was losing is fluff in one spot only - I contacted them and Carolynne was most helpful and speedy with her responses - they sent me a new replacement mat within a week - I am so impressed with their product and customer service (Carolynne was fantastic to deal with). Highly recommend - LOVE LOVE LOVE my mat.

We got our first muscle mat as a Christmas gift after doing a bunch of research on non toxic mats that would be suitable for our son’s play area. We loved the first so much that I purchased a second one today. I clicked to finalize my order via Shopify and realized I still had a relative’s address in the shipping address field. (A holdover from the holidays). Within minutes of emailing the info@musclemat email address, a reply for a real live person (Leah) came through saying they’d taken care of the mixup. Amazing product and customer service!

This is the third mattress topper I've bought for beds in my house, from Muscle Mat.
They make the beds so comfy. Guests and grandkids all love sleeping in the beds and comment on how comfy and good night's sleep.

I wish there were 50 stars - Muscle Mat is a fantastic product. We ordered one mat to test it out, and the cozy feeling underfoot is unmatched. We loved it so much, we just ordered another. I can't say enough positives about the product and the company. A+++++++
