Im loving all of my muscle nation gear! Ive purchased a little more than i shouldve during black friday and the Sydney warehouse sale but the quality in addition to the fun colours and styles are just the best. As a bigger busted girly the high support crop tops are the best for when i run or play afl. They arent too compressive that I can't breathe or get a stich (which happens more than i like with other brands) but I still feel supported. Would recommend to everyone

I returned 2 leggings, I did not wear them as they were too big. Fitted 1 and the other was not even removed from packaging. Was in my possession for 24 hours and got email saying I washed them. Happened on Dec 11th and requested my store credit as I did not hear anything since. I will never buy from them ever again. Think twice.
Sizing is all over the place. I’m a Lorna Jane Small and a LSKD medium but for them their sizing in shorts and legging differ completely. It’s a shame - I own 6 pairs of their shorts and several shirts but after this incident I will just let karma take care of it. They are disposing of it.

As mentioned in our email correspondence, the decision regarding your return was not automated or made lightly. During inspection, both leggings were found to carry a strong scent consistent with laundering. While you’ve mentioned the items were not worn, for the safety of our customers and to comply with hygiene and legal standards, we cannot risk accepting items that have been exposed to washing products or fragrances and putting them back into circulation. Some customers may have allergies or sensitivities, and it would be unsafe for these items to be restocked.
Our Returns Policy clearly states that items must be returned unused, unwashed, and free from odours, and this is applied consistently in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To make things right, we've already returned the leggings to you free of charge. We hope this shows our commitment to resolving issues fairly, safely, and transparently for all our customers.

Bra doesn’t fit, at all.
Customer service was very kind and responsive, which I truly appreciated. I initially ordered a medium Elite sports bra, but the band was too loose while the cups fit perfectly. After speaking with customer service, they recommended sizing down to a small. Because I live in Canada and exchanges aren’t offered, I had to do a refund and reorder instead—which is already expensive. (Just a heads-up for Canadians: make sure your size is correct before ordering.)
Unfortunately, the small fit better in the band but the cups were extremely small—so small that my chest doesn’t stay in the bra at all. This concern was mentioned during my conversation with customer service, and I was told the cup size wouldn’t change much between sizes, but that wasn’t accurate. The difference is significant enough that I can’t wear the small at all, as I prefer my chest to actually stay inside the bra.
For reference, my underbust is 30 inches and my bust is 35 inches, so if you’re built similarly, please be cautious. The padding is also very small for the chest, which honestly doesn’t make much sense given the design.
Update: I was informed that I could do another refund, but at this point it’s simply too expensive. I would be out over $180 in return costs alone if I sent these back as well. So far, I’m already out $120 total ($60 to ship from Canada to Australia each time, plus about $30 per delivery), and I still don’t even have a wearable bra to show for it.
Overall, while the customer service is kind, the sizing inconsistency and international return costs make this brand very risky for Canadian customers.

We've snagged some great products lately and we've been able to enjoy the quality that this team strives to achieve when we had their protien chocolate daily shake.
Super smooth texture, so creamy and tasty and leaving us wanting more each time. When just mixed with water its like drinking a lovely creamy chocolate drink, and even creamier with milk also 😍

Don’t fall for their scams
Customer Service is supposed to be about helping the customer not spouting policy and not bothering to actually read the complaint properly. Furthermore MuscleNation shame on you for having a free gift promotion that is designed to trap and trick people into spending enough money to get the free gift but not actually giving the free gift. Showing the product in the cart makes people assume that it is automatically added not that you need to press another button to add it to the cart officially. It is clear based on your FAQs that this has happened to multiple people but rather than changing your policy or your method of doing the free gift (for example having it auto added like every single other company) you keep it as is and benefit off of human error and people being in a rush and not reading things properly. I will never again shop here and will be telling all my gym friends not to as well. Shame.

We’d like to provide some context around why our free gifts are not automatically added to carts. In many of our promotions, the free gift may be a supplement or consumable product, and for customer safety reasons (such as allergies, intolerances, or personal preferences), we require customers to actively select and add the gift themselves. This also aligns with our commitment to reducing unnecessary waste, ensuring products are only sent to customers who genuinely want and/or can safely consume them.
While the free gift must be manually added, we do try to make this clear throughout the promotion and in our FAQs. That said, we understand that mistakes can happen especially when shopping quickly and in your case, we did offer to send the free gift out after the fact, only asking that the shipping cost be covered. There is no profit or benefit to us in this process; if anything, it requires additional time and handling cost on our end.
We’re genuinely sorry this caused frustration and disappointment.
