I have been cheated by this company

I have been cheated by this company. I paid £249.99 for a mini massage gun on their website 2 moths ago.

When I chased they denied I had made the order. When I sent prove they had a very bad attitude. They said they would send it. They didnt

Awful customer services and now I have reported to my bank as a scam/

We dont sell to the UK also our mini massage guns dont cost that much. We had no emails from you and no order..
