Awful. 1 star is generous. Rubbish quality and when I politely requested a refund they said I was malicious. I had just being honest by saying the item was poor quality. Anyway in a nutshell they refused refund and the only way of getting it is small claims court.

Horrible cheap garbage shipped direct from China. Nothing in the description matches what you’ll get and immediately throw in the trash. Learn from my and others mistakes and don’t purchase anything from these ripoff merchants!

Been messed around for 6 weeks-now items received-no refund received despite promises to do so.

Wanting to send order back, but you are not replying to email. The label was unreadable so unable to see return address. This has been going on since 25th October

Six weeks to receive a bad quality item that was nothing like the picture. Requested refund 4 times during 6 weeks no response. Item had no shape like a bin bag.
Will not return since would prob be another 6 week plus. I accept the scam so will just give the rubbish to someone less fortunate than myself - if anyone will take it.

No order arrived after 10 days. Raised a support ticket and no response.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE they say they do returns but never reply when you send a return request. Very over priced everything they sell is on Aliexpress

Scam. Also trade as Emma London and dozens of others. Cheap and horrible goods, disgraceful, misleading descriptions and marketing and a scandal that Facebook allows it. DO NOT BUY!

Item arrived nearly two months after ordered, not at all what was pictured. Cheap and very very low quality. Never responded to emails requesting a returns label so I could get a refund. Should have know better and wished I searched for reviews before ordering!

Please please don’t make the mistake like I did and support these bandits!! Package arrived a month later than it was suppose to I asked for a refund label because I didn’t need them anymore - THEY WILL NOT respond you! Also ONE piece was missing and I never got my money for that back! Been fighting for months now and spoke to my bank but please don’t order here. The clothes is so cheap and looks very different than the photos. They take your money and you have no chance of getting it back! Fraud ! I’m

Item never received and being totally ignored by company. They are obviously a scam - DO NOT ORDER!!!

Absolutely terrible service had the very same experience as so many of the reviews before. Shocking this company is allowed to trade they should be banned. My emails are now being ignored and I am stuck with a dress that looks like a 5 year old made it and had to pay and extortionate amount to return this item after being told I could send it back it was denied. Appalling!

Some of the articles did not have the quality I expected. For this reason I wanted to return it and they did not accept the return, despite belonging to the European community and by law having a period to return the items.
They are a fraud and the quality of the fabrics is not good, very poor quality.

Wish I could give this a zero. Shipping said it would be within 8 to 15 days, 20 days later I reached out asking where my parcel was and only then did I get a notification that a shipping label was created. It came within the next couple weeks. When I asked to Get a refund since the event has passed where I was going to wear the dress, they told me that this is not in the listed reasons to get a refund.

Save yourself do not order from here.

Poor customer service to match a poor quality product. The sizing guide is off and guess what - they don’t accept returns for clothes that do not fit. Not even an exchange for a proper size or store credit. Do not buy from this site!

Are you serious???? You have to tell people the exact quality of the thinks you sell..the fabric is not cotton..and 75€??? Thank you for remind to us that we have to check the staff we order..
